1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) define the rules for using the marocwebsolutions.com website and the services offered by Maroc Web Solution. By accessing the site, you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Description of services

Maroc Web Solution offers digital marketing services for businesses, including:

• Meta Ads: Management of Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns
• Google Ads: Management of Search, Display & Shopping campaigns
• SEO: Organic search and search-engine optimization
• Content creation: Production of visual and written content
• Digital strategy consulting

3. Access to the site

Access to the site is free and open to any user with an internet connection. Maroc Web Solution reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue access to the site at any time, without notice or compensation.

4. Assessment form

The free assessment form allows businesses to obtain a preliminary analysis of their digital presence. By submitting this form, you agree that:

• Your data may be used to contact you regarding your request
• A Maroc Web Solution consultant may contact you by email or phone
• The assessment provided is indicative and non-contractual

This assessment is offered with no commitment on your part and no obligation to purchase.

5. Commercial terms

5.1 Quotes and proposals

Any commercial proposal is formalized by a written quote. It is valid for 30 days from its issue date. Signing the quote and paying a deposit constitute acceptance of the terms.

5.2 Pricing

Prices are provided by quote, tailored to each project. They are expressed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), excluding taxes. The applicable VAT is the one in force in Morocco (20%).

5.3 Payment terms

• 50% deposit upon signing the contract
• 50% balance upon delivery or according to an agreed schedule
• Payment by bank transfer or cheque made out to Maroc Web Solution

5.4 Deadlines

Delivery times are stated in the quote and run from receipt of the deposit and delivery of the necessary items by the client. Any delay attributable to the client automatically results in a postponement of the deadlines.

6. Client obligations

The client undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Make available the access and items required for the service (logos, texts, images, advertising account access)
• Validate deliverables within the agreed timeframes
• Respect the advertising budgets jointly defined
• Not use the services for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to platform policies (Meta, Google)

7. Obligations of Maroc Web Solution

Maroc Web Solution undertakes to:

• Implement all necessary means to achieve the agreed objectives (best-efforts obligation)
• Respect the confidentiality of information provided by the client
• Provide regular reporting on campaign performance
• Inform the client of any difficulty likely to affect the service

Important: Advertising results presented for information purposes do not constitute a guarantee of results. They depend on external factors beyond the agency’s control.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 Agency creations

Creations (visuals, texts, strategies) produced by Maroc Web Solution as part of the services become the property of the client after full payment of the invoices.

8.2 Items provided by the client

The client warrants that it holds all rights to the items (images, texts, logos) it provides to the agency and releases the agency from any liability in the event of a dispute related to these items.

9. Confidentiality

The parties mutually undertake to keep confidential all information exchanged during the services. This obligation is maintained for 3 years after the end of the commercial relationship.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract by giving 30 days’ notice by email with acknowledgment of receipt. Ongoing services remain due until their term. Amounts paid are non-refundable, except in the event of proven failure by the agency.

11. Liability

Maroc Web Solution cannot be held liable for:

• Interruptions or changes to advertising platforms (Meta, Google)
• Data losses related to the client’s accounts
• The client’s overall business results
• Any indirect damage, even if the agency had been informed of its possibility

Maroc Web Solution’s liability is limited to the amount actually received for the service concerned.

12. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing agreement, the competent courts of Casablanca (Morocco) shall have sole jurisdiction to rule.

13. Modification of the Terms

Maroc Web Solution reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the site.
